On this page you will find information about booking us and when to pay and a little bit of information on the duration of some of the processes that we do.

Shoots:
certain shoots take around 2-3 hours. Plus hair and make up if required. We tend to shoot to ensure that we get the photos that you want and do not have a time limit set in stone.
Some photo shoots may take longer but this is not and extra charge (within reason).
Location shoots happen in hotels as our studio is small (but effective) a hotel can offer a great place to shoot as we work in and around the heat of the Cotswold. This is an additional cost for external shoots and can be costly depending on the studios or venues used.

Modeling shoots can take a few hours if they are spread over a day. and family shoot will take around 1-2 hours, Family shoot are best taken at events or places that look interested especially if you have children.
Baby shoots take around one hour and subject to the baby in the photograph if they are awake or strop and may involve a call back so that the photos are what you want.

Viewing:
When you wish to view your photos from your photo shoot you will be sent a private link to your private gallery. You can share this with friends if you so wish.

The Photographers:
There are two photographers, these are Rory (male) and Stacey (female) another female photographer may be joining us shortly. We all believe in our work and giving to our clients a wonderful shoot and wonderful images to take home. We are fun and relaxing and just do our jobs as well. We aim to make people enjoy their shoots as it shows in the photos. Your photos are our reputation and we pride ourselves on them.

Make over:
If you would like your hair and makeup carried out by a professional hair and make up artist, please contact us for prices, you can bring your own or friend if you should wish to. Please use good quality makeup and preferred film makeup.
On the flip side, we can photo shop the images. For low key shooting, you may wish to use lighter colours, please match your neck and use matifier and mat colours where possible.

 

Booking:
To book your Photo shoot, you first need to contact us to check our availability Please tell us if you would like your photo shoot to take place in our studio or in a lavish venue. once we confirm the venue and/or studio we can contact you to confirm the availability.
It is important that you give a number of dates when you are available over a period of 3 months as we can be booked in advance. As the make up artist is separate booking can be fairly difficult to arrange between all four of us.

Deposits, fees and payments:
We do not take deposits but we do take booking fee's. The booking fee is 25% of your quote. On the shoot day you will be expected to pay for the make up and hair artist as this is not connected to us, once you have attended your photo shoot to make your final payment on the service and/or prints/albums.

When are prints ready:
Depending of the style and duration of your shoot, prints can be ready within a few days. To be safe prints take around 7-10 days and albums around 14 days.
